Refund policy
DELIVERY & PICK-UP ORDERS: Orders cancelled (3) days prior to scheduled pickup/delivery will be credited for full purchase price (minus any incurred expenses) towards a future order. Any order cancelled less than (3) days prior to scheduled pick-up/delivery will receive a 50% credit towards a future order.
CORPORATE/EVENT ORDERS: Bill must be paid in full per date stipulated on invoice. Refunds are not offered. In the event that you need to cancel you order, you will receive a credit (minus any incurred expenses) to be used at a later available date.
